1. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for standard pieces currently in stock are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Custom Items: If an item is being custom crafted or personalized upon order, production and creation timelines range from 5 to 10 business days. Specific production windows will always be clearly noted on the individual product detail page.

  • We do not ship packages on local public holidays or weekends. If an order experiences an unexpected processing delay, we will reach out to you directly via your provided email address.

2. International Shipping Timelines & Tiers

We partner with secure national postal networks and premium express couriers to guarantee the safe global transit of our high-end artisan items. We offer two primary shipping methods at checkout:

  • Standard International Shipping (Via HayPost / National Postal Network):

    • Estimated Delivery: 7 to 21 business days worldwide (including the United States, Europe, and Canada).

    • Tracking: Fully trackable online from its drop-off in Yerevan to final delivery at your doorstep.

  • Express Courier Shipping (Via FedEx or DHL):

    • Estimated Delivery: 3 to 14 business days worldwide.

    • Tracking: Real-time priority courier tracking with signature verification options.

Please Note: Delivery timeframes are estimated averages. Actual transit times can vary slightly due to seasonal carrier volume, severe weather conditions, or strict local customs processing delays in your destination country.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Anush Jinanyan Jewelry and Accessories operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for international shipments. Our posted store prices and shipping fees do not include local import duties, customs clearings, or value-added taxes (VAT) levied by your destination country.

All customs duties, clearance handling fees, or local import taxes imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you wish to calculate potential import parameters prior to completing your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Luxury Accessory

Once your handmade creation has been packaged and handed over to the courier network, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email. This notification will contain your unique tracking number and a direct tracking portal link to monitor your package's transit journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking networks to update after receiving your notification.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address and primary contact details carefully during checkout. We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid customer address inputs.

In the rare event that an international package is officially declared lost in transit by the carrier provider (HayPost/FedEx/DHL), please notify our team immediately at anushjinanyan@gmail.com. We will launch a formal postal investigation on your behalf and work swiftly to provide you with an appropriate replacement or resolution.
