Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns for ready-to-ship items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at anushjinanyan@gmail.com before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, and sale items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

International returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and other local charges are not refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
